Spencer Woody

Spencer Woody joined James Bates Brannan Groover LLP in 2019 and his practice focuses on business litigation, insurance defenses, and local government litigation. Spencer enjoys the challenge of finding solutions to complex problems and working with clients to find solutions that work best for them.

Spencer graduated summa cum laude from Cedarville University with a degree in Political Science. After spending time in Washington D.C., Spencer attended law school at the University of Georgia, where he graduated cum laude. While in law school, Spencer competed in both Moot Court and Mock Trial for the University of Georgia and was part of several national championship teams. Upon graduation, Spencer moved back home to Middle Georgia, where he lives with his wife, Amanda, and their many rescue animals.
